365 Performance is the premier sports performance facility in the state, offering private, small group and team training. We pride ourselves on utilizing the most cutting edge techniques to empower each individual. Our approach to strength and conditioning is holistic as any individual who walks through our doors will be afforded a plan that meets their Power, Strength, Conditioning and Soft Tissue needs. Athletes who train with us see significant improvement toward injury resilience and will be prepared for the rigors of athletics at all levels. Estevan Lucero

Individual & Small Group Training

Estevan Lucero is a native New Mexican born and raised in Albuquerque. Prior to becoming a strength coach, he played collegiate football at New Mexico Military Institute and Fort Lewis college, and is a graduate of Valley High School. Post college Estevan played three years of professional indoor football, while simultaneously earning two masters degrees (Sports Administration & Marketing) and coaching at the high school level. Currently, Estevan is a Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM), Certified Functional Strength Coach (MBSC), and Athletics Coach from the New Mexico Activities Association. His aim is to create an avenue for athletes around the state to become not only capable in their sport but to develop as young men and women.

Team Training

Whether you’re a club or team looking for some extra movement skill or you need strength and power to dominate on the field (probably a bit of both) we have you covered. Our coaches work with teams of up to 20 participants, covering everything from foundational movement and coordination to scaled strength training for all levels. Available to youth, high school, collegiate and professional teams.



Small Group Training

Motivated by those around you? Don’t mind working with other people who are driven like you? Maybe you need the help and guidance of someone qualified. Small group training is available to individuals who don’t mind being in groups of up to 6 people led by a coach. Every individual will receive a customized plan, progress tracking, a nutrition consultation and an Inbody scan to get started. Train together, Win Together!


Private Training

Comprehensive 1:1 coaching where athletes, individuals and coaches will work together to give you the best results available. If you want peace of mind to know you have someone helping and guiding you every step of the way, this is the plan for you.

Team Training

Team Training is for teams of 7 or more where a program is set forth based around the team’s areas of need and goals. Typically, players can expect to receive a blend of strength and power development, along with coaching in movement skill and training centered around injury reduction. Coaches oversee and implement both the programming and structure, while building confidence and educating each participant.
