Balance + Motion Yoga

Yoga is a meditative, relaxing practice, offering performance for not just the body, but also the mind and soul. Led by yogi Therese Cook, 8 Gradys Performance Center offers yoga to improve a variety of athletic skills like breathing, flexibility, and strength, all through a series of poses, postures, and breathing exercises. Whether as a daily exercise or part of your weekly training sessions, athletes are encouraged to roll out their mats to better their minds and bodies so that they can be better in their sport.
