2020 High School Readiness and Development Program
Your PST will be on days already scheduled for you and your position. If you are not scheduled for them you will be given a day and time. Speed and Explosion will be on Saturday, time TBD. Weight lifting training will be on Wednesdays and Saturdays, times TBD.
Our goal is to continue the path you are on while incorporating the weight room. Our focus in the weight room will be on the proper lifting mechanics and technique of the 4 major lifts that you will have to know and perform in your high school program.
Perception is everything, we want you to be ready and confident on the first day of camp and this program will help you get there.
Phase 1 February 12 - May 3
Option 1 - 59 Trainings
Option 2- 48 Trainings

2 Weekly Position Specific Trainings (PST)
2 Weekly Personal Weight Trainings
1 Weekly Speed/Explosion Training
*Two makeup training sessions allowed per phase
