The 8 Grady’s Sports Performance program is training designed and utilized by the best athletes in the world to enhance speed, power, strength, flexibility, reduce injuries and educate athletes on proper nutrition and fueling. Athletes are coached from the minute they arrive to the second they leave-from proper stretching, and warm up, to explosive power development, proper functional strength training. We make sure when our athlete’s step on the field or court, they stand out from the competition! Class and small group options are available to fit your needs!
A Flexible Schedule
Train on your own time with the coach of your choosing. Our coaches work around your schedule, not the other way around.
